Add a new update booking question

A booking update question allows contractors to provide further details when they change the status of a booking. This promotes a better understanding of office and field workers. Different questions can be assigned to a different status, so a specific question will only be asked when a booking is placed on a specific status. To add a new update booking question:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select General Settings
  3. Click Booking Settings
  4. Click Booking Status Questions

  5. Click New Question
  6. Add your question and select the question type
  7. If the question type is multiple, add options for the user to choose from

To assign an update booking question to a specific booking status:

  1. Click View Booking Status below a question
  2. Select one or multiple statuses that you want to assign the question to
  3. Press Save
  4. The system will ask the user to answer this booking question whenever a booking is placed on the selected status(s)
