Complaints Contact a Customer

Contact a customer

The system makes it quick and easy for a user to contact a customer regarding their complaint. To do this:
  1. On the complaint overview, click one of the contact icons below the customer’s name
  1. Go to the complaint
  2. Click the customer name to go to the customer details page
  3. Click the Email at the top right of the page
  4. Choose a canned response or type an email
  5. Press Send
