Add a New Complaint Type

Add a new complaint type

A Complaint type gives a general overview of the nature of a complaint to users. Create a list of different types of complaints that can be made by users. You may also want to include an other option for complaints that do not fall under one of the options you have created. To add a new complaint type:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select General Settings
  3. Click Complaint Types
  4. Click New Complaint Type
  5. Enter a complaint type
  6. Press Save

When you will add a new complaint you will choose one of the Complaint Types that you set up :
