Convert a Complaint to ‘In Progress’

Convert a complaint to ‘In Progress’

New complaints can be converted to ‘in progress’ when staff are in the process of resolving the complaint. For example, if the fieldworker has been booked to go back and resolve the issue. To do this:
  1. On the complaint overview click Actions
  2. Select Convert to In Progress
  3. Enter a comment and image and select who you want the comments to be visible to
  4. Click Convert to In Progress
Alternatively,
  1. Go to the complaint
  2. Click Convert Complaint Status
  3. Enter a comment and image and select who you want the comments to be visible to
  4. Click Convert to In Progress
