Tips & best practices
1) Use search before creating new customers
To avoid duplicates, search by email and mobile before creating a new customer record—especially if multiple staff members add customers.
2) Keep phone formats consistent
Use consistent formatting (including country/area codes) to make searching and duplicate detection more reliable.
3) Merge duplicate customer profiles when needed
If duplicates exist, consolidate them so booking history, invoices, and communications stay in one place.

FAQ & troubleshooting
I can’t see “View Customer Profile” or the customer profile won’t open
- Permissions: your role may not have access to customer profiles.
- Pop-up blockers: if the profile opens in a new view/modal, allow pop-ups for your domain.
- Account configuration: some options depend on enabled modules (e.g., complaints, invoices).
I can’t find the customer in the list
- Try searching by email or phone (more reliable than name spelling).
- Check if the customer was deleted/archived (if your account uses deleted customers).
Can I open customer profiles from other modules?
Yes—customer profiles can be accessed from bookings, inquiries, quotes/estimates, invoices, and complaints by clicking the customer name from within those records.
