Viewing a Fieldworker’s Booking Summary
A single screen that groups all jobs by status (To Do, In Progress, Completed, etc.) lets dispatchers spot overloads, fill gaps and confirm nothing slips through the cracks—an approach championed by most leading field-service tools.
Open the summary from the worker’s profile
- Fieldworkers ▸ ⋮ Actions ▸ View Profile.
- In the Activity tab you’ll see Booking Summary—tiles or rows showing each status plus a count. Click any count to jump into that filtered job list.
Typical use-case: Check how many Awaiting Update jobs Abdullah still has before payroll closes Friday.
Filter the global booking list
- Bookings ▸ All Bookings.
- Click Filters → choose Fieldworker + Booking Status (you can stack multiple statuses).
- Press Filter—only matching items remain; counts update in the info strip.
Example: show every To Do or In Progress booking assigned to Sam Nguyen this week.
Calendar view—see availability and send a message
- Calendar (Day / Week / Agenda).
- At top-left open Filter ▸ Fieldworker and tick one or more names.
- Click any coloured booking bar; in the pop-up hover the worker’s name to:
- ✉ Email / 📱 SMS / 💬 Chat / ☎ Call on the spot.
- View Profile—which drops you straight back to the profile summary.
Calendar filters keep the display fast and let you drag-and-drop bookings between workers while the summary counts update live.
Reports → booking & productivity dashboards
- Reports ▸ Bookings by Fieldworker – choose a date range and status.
- The table shows totals plus utilisation percentages; click a worker name to open their Booking Summary for drill-down.
- Export to Excel for deeper pivot analysis or hand-off to payroll.
Reports give a historic view (hours, revenue per worker) that complements the real-time tiles on the profile page. There are various reports under the Reports section that can be used to view fieldworkers bookings.
