Add a New Label
A label is a brief description that users can create to let other users know what is happening regarding an inquiry, estimate or booking.
Labels can be for example:
- To follow
- Service no longer required
- Left a message
This lets other users know if the customer has been contacted and the outcome of the contact.
To create a new label:
- Navigate to Labels under General Settings
- Click on New Label
- Give a title for the label
You can also add a new label on an inquiry or a booking form by clicking on Add Label, or choose a label that you already created and click and Apply:
Then your label will appear on your booking form or inquiry:
To delete a label from a booking, estimate, or an inquiry click on Add Label and deselect the label.
