Add a New Label

A label is a brief description that users can create to let other users know what is happening regarding an inquiry, estimate or booking. Examples of labels you may wish to add are ‘contacted’ or ‘no longer interested’. This lets other users know if the customer has been contacted and the outcome of the contact. To create a new label:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Label Settings
  3. Click Label
  4. Click New Label
  5. Give the label a title
  6. Press Save

You can also add a new label on an inquiry or booking form by clicking on Add Label, or choose a label that you already created and click and Apply :

Then your label will appear on your booking form or inquiry:
