Customize Fieldworker Active Services in Profile
Save your time by selecting the services each fieldworker can do. This way you don’t have to search for a suitable fieldworker for each booking created or booked by the customer from the customer portal, as the fieldworkers will appear when selecting them automatically depending on whether the service is added to their profile or not.
Also, you can determine the radius your fieldworkers are willing to travel for these selected services. So, the availability of the fieldworker will also be based on the booking location. Thus, when the admin user wants to assign a fieldworker for a certain job, it will be based on whether it’s within the radius set on their profile. This will help you categorize your services upon radiuses, assisting you in determining which service is worth traveling.
So, we can conclude that the availability of the fieldworker will depend on whether the service is added to their profile or not and the travel radius set on their profile.

How changing service settings in the fieldworker profile will affect the booking form for the admin user, fieldworker, and customer portal view?
When you change the services to each fieldworker, it will reflect how it appears in bookings whether an admin user, a fieldworker, or a customer is creating a new booking. For example, Emma is a fieldworker assigned only to nails and bridal hair services, so when creating a booking Emma will not appear in the fieldworker’s list when adding any service except nails and hairstyling.
From the admin user and fieldworker view:
Go to Bookings > Create new from the side menu on the left, you will be redirected to the new booking form page. To learn more about creating a new booking, click here.
When you add the “Nail polish” service. Scroll down to choose the fieldworker from the drop-down menu. Emma will appear in the options because she’s assigned to this service.
But, if you select “piercing” service, Emma won’t appear in the list, instead all fieldworkers that have “piercing” added to their services will appear.
From the customer portal view:
To see how a customer books a service with a specific fieldworker, go to Settings > Customer portal > General settings.
You will be redirected to the customer portal page, click on the portal URL.
A new tab will open the customer portal home page, click on Fieldworkers from the top right of the page to see your existing fieldworkers.
