Add a new reject booking question

A booking reject question gives fieldworkers the opportunity to provide a reason for rejecting a booking. This helps office staff understand why bookings are rejected and assign more suitable jobs to fieldworkers in future. To add a new reject booking question:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select General Settings
  3. Click Reject Booking Questions
  4. Click New Question
  5. Enter the question, and select the question type
  6. If the question type is multiple, add options for the user to choose from
  7. Press Save
You also can choose text as a question type, that allows the user to give his own answer.
