Display fieldworker working hours in fieldworker profile
OctopusPro allows you to display working hours on your fieldworker profiles in the customer portal, so your customers can select their preferred fieldworkers according to their available working hours.

How do admin users display fieldworker working hours in the fieldworker profile?
To activate this flag, go to Settings > Customer Portal > Flags & Permissions. You will be redirected to the customer portal flags and permissions settings page. In the fieldworker flags section, enable the “Display fieldworker working hours in the fieldworker profile” flag.
Ensure that you have made your fieldworkers’ profiles public to your customers if you want to display their working hours. Otherwise, all their profiles will be hidden, including their working hours.
When activated, in the fieldworker’s profile on the customer portal, click on “Working Hours.” The fieldworker’s working hours will be displayed.
You can edit your fieldworker’s working hours from Fieldworkers > Fieldworker’s profile > Job settings > Working hours. To learn more about fieldworkers’ working hours, click here.
How do fieldworkers update their own working hours on the fieldworker app?
Fieldworkers may access their profiles using the fieldworker app.
Tap the “Services” button to display the working hours of the fieldworkers. You can click on “+Add” to edit or add the working hours.
A popup window will appear; select the day and time you want, then click on save.
What happens when you disable the flag?
Disable the flag if you don’t want to display the working hours of the fieldworkers to the customers.
The “working hours” button will disappear under the fieldworker profile.
