  2. You can stop follow ups on the quote by pressing Remove Follow Up to eliminate the date which can be pressed in the follow up date popup.

Alternatively, you can perform these actions from the Quotes listing page:

  1. Filter and select the quote you need to modify.
  2. Simply press on the follow up date that appears in the To Follow Quotes page, or click the actions button on the listing page and choose ‘Follow Up Date’.
  3. You can stop follow ups on the quote by pressing Remove Follow Up to eliminate the date which can be pressed in the follow up date popup.

Remember, if a quote’s status changes or its ‘Set reminder’ flag is deactivated, the quote will no longer be counted for follow-ups.
