Viewing a fieldworker’s email log 

You can view your fieldworker’s email log history from their profile to be updated with all their previous activities in sent and received emails.

You can find your fieldworker’s email log history in their profile to view all sent and received emails with their dates, subject, added attachments, and sent to whom.

To view a fieldworker’s email log, go to Fieldworkers from the side bar menu, you’ll be redirected to the “Fieldworkers” page where all your fieldworkers will be displayed there.

Select the fieldworker you want to view his/her profile and from the actions button and click on “View profile” to view it.

You’ll be redirected to your fieldworker’s profile, select the Activity section to view their Email log at the right of the page.

Viewing sent Emails by the fieldworker 

All your fieldworker’s sent and received emails can be viewed in the “Email Log” section where you can view the email sent to whom, the subject of the email, added attachments, and the sent or received date. 

Select the drop-down button and emails will be displayed below.

You can view emails sent by your fieldworker to customers or admin users, the subject of the email, added attachments to the email and the sent date.

To view the subject of the email click on the “Discussion” button and a pop-up window will appear to view it as follows:

Viewing received Emails by the fieldworker 

You can view your fieldworker’s received emails by customers or admin users, the subject of the email, added attachment, and the received date. 

To view the subject of the email, from the “Subject” section select the displayed subjects below.

A pop-up window will appear to view the received email where you can add details if you wish.
