App user guide
Bookings
The bookings tab shows all of the information related to bookings made, categorized by due date and booking status. The feature allows users to keep track of all bookings at each stage of the process.
The headings describe the type of bookings that will be shown under each tab. The number at the side of each tab shows how many bookings are currently in that category.
Today | All bookings due to happen that day |
Tomorrow | All bookings due to happen tomorrow |
Future | All future bookings |
To Approve | All bookings waiting to be approved by users |
To Confirm | All bookings waiting to be confirmed |
Rejected Bookings | All bookings that have been rejected by Fieldworker s |
Not Assigned | All bookings that have been made but have not yet been assigned to a Fieldworker |
Awaiting Update | All bookings that haven’t yet been updated by the Fieldworker |
In Progress | All bookings that are currently in progress |
Awaiting Acceptance | All bookings that have been made but have not yet been accepted by the Fieldworker |
To Follow | All bookings that have a follow-up email attached to them |
All Bookings | All bookings |
My Bookings | All bookings created by that user |
