Pause/Resume Auto communications

Users can pause auto communications to customers. This will stop any automated communications being sent from the system to the customer regarding this estimate. To do this:

Pausing Auto communications for customers

  1. Go to the “Quotes”
  2. select “View quote” from the drop-down menu

3. From “customer” section, Click on the actions button.

4. select “Pause Auto communications for customer” from the drop-down menu.

Resuming Auto communications for customers

To resume auto communications, follow the same steps and You have to select the same quotes you paused, select “Resume Auto communications for customer”
