Where to Find the Reports

Report Navigation What It Shows
Recent Bookings Left Menu → Reports → History Log → Recent Bookings All bookings sorted by creation time.
Modified Bookings Left Menu → Reports → History Log → Modified Bookings All bookings sorted by last update.

Tip: Pin the History Log section to your favourites for one-tap access.


Reading the Grid

Column Description Example
Date / By Timestamp + user who created/edited the booking. “Today, 11:50 AM – by Reegan”
Booking # Clickable code (BOK-99918) that opens the full booking.
Details Snapshot of Start/End date, current status (colour-coded) and site address.
Customer Name Clickable customer profile.
Amount Gross value of the booking (inc. tax).


Filtering & Views

  • Dashboard Filter (top-right)
    • All Dashboard – see every user’s activity.
    • My Dashboard – see only the bookings you created or changed.
  • Status Shortcuts – quick links such as Recent CANCELLED or Recent COMPLETED narrow the list with one click.
  • Pagination – page controls at the bottom let you jump back through history.
