My Earnings Guide for Fieldworkers | Manage Your Earnings & Payments
Welcome to the My Earnings guide, designed to help both admins and fieldworkers understand how to use the My Earnings feature in our app. The My Earnings tab allows fieldworkers to easily access and manage their earnings information, including pay statements, outstanding payments, and earnings reports. This guide will walk you through the various features and benefits of the My Earnings tab.

Viewing Your Earnings
The My Earnings tab offers a real-time reporting feature that allows fieldworkers to keep track of their earnings based on completed jobs. Fieldworkers can access their weekly, monthly, or yearly earnings reports with the following steps:
- Navigate to the main menu
- Click on My Earnings
- Choose whether you want to view your weekly, monthly, or yearly earnings report
- Select the specific week, month, or year you wish to view
- Click on the total earnings amount to view a detailed breakdown of earnings components
Viewing Outstanding Payments
Fieldworkers can also view and manage any outstanding payments owed to them through the My Earnings tab. To access this feature, follow these steps:
- Click on Outstanding Payments within the My Earnings tab
- Select the job for which you want to view the outstanding payment details
- Review the breakdown of outstanding payments, including the job, amount, and due date
Accessing Pay Statements
Pay statements provide a comprehensive breakdown of fieldworkers’ earnings on each payday. To view your pay statements at any time, follow these steps:
- Go to the main menu
- Click on My Earnings
- Select Pay Statements
- Browse through the list of pay statements, sorted by date
- Click on a specific pay statement to view a detailed breakdown of the payment components, such as base pay, bonuses, and deductions
