Complaints Pause/Resume Emails

Pause/Resume emails

Users can pause emails to customers. This will stop any automated emails being sent from the system to the customer regarding this complaint. To do this:
  1. Go to the complaint
  2. Click Pause Emails at the top right of the page
  3. Press Ok
  4. To resume emails, follow the same steps and where you selected Pause Emails, select Resume Emails
