View booking history
Users can view a customer’s booking history, including any inquiries they have made, estimates they have been sent, bookings they have made, and invoices they have been sent. To do this:
- Go to the Customer Details page by searching for a customer from the customers list page, or clicking on a customer’s name within an INQ/EST/BOK/INV/CMP
- From the customer details page, click on “History” tab, to view your customer’s booking history.
