View SMS history
Users can view all SMS messages sent to a customer through the system. To do this:
- Go to Customers
- Select All Customers, This will show an overview of each customer.
- You can select the customer you want, click on the “Actions” button.
- Select “View Customer Profile”.
5. It will redirect to the customer details page, click on the “communication” board and the select “SMS” section to view all SMS history.
