Add a new complaint type

A Complaint type gives a general overview of the nature of a complaint to users. Create a list of different types of complaints that can be made by users. You may also want to include another option for complaints that do not fall under one of the options you have created. To add a new complaint type:

  1. Go to ‘Settings’.
  2. Select ‘Communications’.
  3. Click ‘Feedback and ratings’.
  4. Click on ‘Issue types’ section.

5- Enter the Issue type you wish to add, and then click on ‘Save’ icon.
