Add a new reject booking question

A booking rejection question gives fieldworkers the opportunity to provide a reason for rejecting a booking. This helps office staff understand why bookings are rejected and assign more suitable jobs to fieldworkers in the future. To add a new reject booking question:
  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select General Settings
  3. Select Booking Settings
  4. From “Status” page scroll down to “Booking Rejection Settings
  5. Click Create New

  6. Enter the question, and select the question type
  7. If the question type is multiple, add options for the user to choose from
  8. Press Save
