Display fieldworker earnings for bookings
The feature to display fieldworker payment amounts is a powerful tool that provides transparency and accountability to fieldworkers and managers in companies that employ many fieldworkers to conduct on-site work. By enabling the toggle, fieldworkers can view a detailed breakdown of their earnings for each booking they have been assigned, including any bonuses or incentives that may have been added. This allows them to track their progress toward their goals, and understand the impact of any changes in their work patterns or performance.
This feature can be used in a wide range of industries and businesses, including retail, hospitality, and logistics, to provide greater transparency to employees, especially freelancers or contract workers, and ensure that they are paid fairly. It can be particularly useful for companies that offer bonuses or incentives to fieldworkers for completing specific tasks or meeting certain targets, as it helps motivate fieldworkers and encourages them to continue to work towards achieving their targets. Additionally, it provides managers with accurate reports and forecasts on labor costs, helping them optimize scheduling and reduce labor costs where possible.
In addition, displaying earnings to fieldworkers can also help them make informed decisions on whether to accept or decline a job request. By providing real-time information on their potential earnings for a job request, fieldworkers can assess whether the job will help them reach their earnings goals, and factor in other considerations such as distance, time, and job complexity. This empowers fieldworkers to make more informed decisions about their work schedule and earnings, increases job satisfaction, and reduces turnover in companies that allow fieldworkers to accept or decline requests.
Finally, the feature also allows companies to incentivize fieldworkers to accept more challenging or less desirable jobs by offering a higher payment to compensate for the additional time and effort required. This ensures that the company has enough resources to complete all job requests and provide quality service to customers.
