Find availability for an inquiry

Users can view Fieldworker’s availability, which will show when local Fieldworkers have availability to complete the job, should the inquiry turn into a booking. To do this:
  1. Go to the inquiry
  2. Click Find Availability at the top right of the page
  3. Click on the date to bring up the calendar and select a date, or use the blue arrows to go forward or back a day.
  4. The key will show when the Fieldworker has jobs booked and when they are available.
Alternatively,
  1. Go to Inquiries
  2. Select the type of inquiry you wish to view or select All Inquiries
  3. On the inquiry overview click Actions
  4. Select Find Availability

  5. Click on the date to bring up the calendar and select a date, or use the blue arrows to go forward or back a day
  6. The key will show when the Fieldworker has jobs booked and when they are available
